Afterthoughts...Ponder and Pray
Discuss (or ponder) ways in which believers can get off balance in their lives — spiritually, mentally, physically or socially. Name some keys to keeping balance in your Christian walk.
Prayerfully confess any areas in your walk with Christ that you feel may be out of balance. Be as specific as possible and then ask the Lord for strength and determination to pursue a change in these areas.
