And how happy I was with the world he created; how I rejoiced with the human family!” — Proverbs 8:12, 22-23, 30-31 (NLT)
I also saw under the sun this example of wisdom that greatly impressed me: There was once a small city with only a few people in it. AFTERTHOUGHTS… PONDER AND PRAY
Ponder Points: Discuss (or ponder) why we define wisdom as the person of Jesus Christ. Why is wisdom pictured as a pilgrimage and a pursuit rather than simply spontaneous occasions of momentary insight or discernment?
Prayer Points: Because wisdom is defined as a “protector,” pray for specific individuals who you know who need wisdom in order to protect them from making wrong choices. Pray the same for those in authority whether local, national or international.
